The Collaborative is a group of small business owners who share a common purpose: the acquisition of economic equity and parity for all local, small and disadvantaged businesses in the city of New Orleans. We believe that access to business opportunities is vital to growing a stable and sustainable minority business class in New Orleans – a business class that in itself is vital to the stability and sustainability of the local economy at large. We are about creating a culture of wealth for historically marginalized communities. If you can’t say it, you can’t do it!
The Spirit of Collaboration Awards is an annual event established by The Collaborative that celebrates distinguished individuals and businesses who have made positive impacts for the small and disadvantaged business enterprise communities. In our inaugural year we are celebrating those who are progressively impacting the areas of Private/Public Agency, Business, Political, and Volunteer Service.
Make history and support The Collaborative as we continue to celebrate and advocate for the resilient local, small, and disadvantaged business enterprise communities who are essential to the growth and sustainability of the city of New Orleans.
