Linda Simms “The Who Dat Teacher” and Let’s Mess It Up Soul Line Dancers (LMIU) invite you to come and party with us at The NOLA Southern Experience Jam. Enjoy our southern hospitality, food, culture and dancing.

SLEEPING ROOMS: $119.00 Currently 13% plus $2.00 per room, per night, city occupancy fee, as well as a New Orleans Convention & Visitors’ Bureau assessment of 1.75% of each room rate, per room per night in effect at the time of check-in.
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by a credit card.
Reservations are accepted at the negotiated rates until 5PM, Monday, July 10, 2017 or until the room block reaches its maximum capacity, whichever comes first!
REGISTRATION POLICY: The person registering is required to register in the name which is on their valid government issued picture ID (no aliases or nicknames accepted). An email address, which is accessible to the registrant, is also required on the registration form. If an individual is registering more than one person, each registrant must be identified by their individual contact information.
REFUND POLICY: The NOLASE DOES NOT refund for event cancellations due to medical illness, family emergencies, loss of employment, job relocation, death of a loved one, military deployment, or any other reasons not listed above. The registrant can transfer their registration within the transfer policy timeline. The transfer is completely the responsibility of the registrant.
TRANSFER POLICY: Registration transfers will be allowed until June 26, 2017. NO EXCEPTIONS. The registrant must notify the NOLASE via our email address, LMIUNOLA@gmail.com, to obtain the required instructions. Please use the email address used to register for the event.
CHECK-IN POLICY: All registrants must check-in with their Valid Government Issued Picture ID. If the name on the ID doesn’t match the name on registration form, they will not be allowed to check-in. Check-in, is required by all individuals in person. No exceptions.
Upon check-in, your wrist will be affixed with a wristband and a lanyard for your neck. Both must be worn the entire weekend and is your All Access Weekend Pass. If you don’t wear both items, you will be denied entry and no refund will be provided.If you are purchasing an Event Registration for someone else, it is your responsibility to advise them of our Wristband Policy.
LIABILITY POLICY: I understand and agree that Let’s Mess It Up Soul Line Dancing, LMIU, Linda Simms or any of its representatives are NOT responsible for any personal theft, injury, damaged personal property, medical expenses, hospitalization or death as a result of my voluntary participation in the NOLA Southern Experience Jam (NOLASE) event now or at any time in the future. I understand that I should consult a physician prior to my participation. Let’s Mess It Up Soul Line Dancing and Linda Simms reserves the right to refuse registration admittance.
I understand and agree that all photographs and videotaping of my participation in the NOLA Southern Experience Jam (NOLASE) is the property of and can be used by Let’s Mess It Up Soul Line Dancing organization for the promotion, advertising and sales and are not subject to any royalty fees or payment to me now or at any time in the future. Additionally, I am 18 years of age or older and I understand that anyone under the age of 18 will not be admitted. I thoroughly understand and agree to the Refund, No Transfer and Wristband Policies.
Your registration constitutes acceptance and adherence to the Terms and Conditions outlined in the policies listed above.
There is no savings of seats or tables. Placing shoe bags, purses, other personal items or leaning seats against the table in an effort to save a seat or table is not allowed. Seating in the dance ballrooms are on a first come, first served basis.
