Tokyo Vanity – the creator of the viral hit “That’s My Best Friend” – talked about gender discrimination in the music business with DJ Smallz Eyes.

“When I saw how shallow the industry is to women – they want you to look a certain way,” expressed Tokyo. “They just feel like if you don’t look like Nicki [Minaj], [Lil] Kim, Dej [Loaf] – if you don’t look like them, then you’re just not appealing. And b*tch that’s not true, because I always got chose.”
